3. From soft to hard
No one wants to take a screwdriver to dismantle the industrial switch for no reason before talking about the failure of the industrial switch. Therefore, during the inspection, the system settings or systems are always checked first. If the mobile phone software cannot be solved, it is the hardware configuration. For example, if a port is not easy to use, we can first check whether the port to which the user is connected is not in the corresponding VLAN, or whether the port is turned off by another administrator, or for other reasons. If you eliminate many possibilities in the operating system and configuration, you can probably guess the real problem - hardware configuration failure.
