The expressway monitoring system is mainly divided into two parts: monitoring center and outfield equipment. The outfield monitoring equipment mainly includes traffic information monitoring, meteorological environment monitoring, pavement state detection, information board, abnormal condition monitoring, etc. However, these expressway monitoring systems need to use the industrial switch, establish an industrial ring network, connect the toll gate of the expressway, the monitoring video server of each section, the emergency telephone, the safety monitoring platforms of the tunnel, etc., and use the industrial switch ring network to build the expressway monitoring system.

According to the design requirements, one monitoring point is used for line segmented monitoring. A monitoring substation is set in each section. HD cameras are used for monitoring each section of the line. Video information is gathered through the ring network switch, and then each monitoring point is gathered in the monitoring substation through the ring network redundancy. The monitoring substation converges on the gigabit Ethernet of the monitoring center through the gigabit Ethernet optical network channel, and then transmits the video data to the monitoring screen for real-time control of the traffic conditions of the expressway.

3. All industrial switches are of industrial grade design and dual power redundancy design. They pass the EMC industrial level 4 standard and can work stably in harsh environments such as high and low temperatures (- 40~85 ° C) and strong electromagnetic interference;

4. The industrial switch has rich network management functions, and different VLAN business groups are effectively isolated without interference, ensuring stable and efficient video transmission;

5. The on-site commissioning of the whole scheme is simple, easy to maintain, convenient for later maintenance and management, and saves manpower.
