3. Circuit board: high quality industrial switches generally use gold-plated circuit boards instead of tinned ones. Although the cost has increased a lot, the quality, stability and consistency of the gold plated circuit board are much higher.
4. Electrolytic capacitor: at present, electrolytic capacitor is the most vulnerable component in the general components of electronic products. Where high-quality industrial switches can avoid electrolytic capacitors, tantalum capacitors and polymer capacitors will be used; The high-voltage part of electrolytic capacitors that cannot be avoided generally adopts Japanese, American and European electrolytic capacitors, and Taiwan series or domestic electrolytic capacitors will not be used.
5. Fan: limited by its own transmission, the fan is the main component that hinders the service life and stability of industrial switch. High quality industrial switches generally avoid the use of fans and use natural heat dissipation.
6. Main switch chip: Broadcom switches are generally high-end, followed by American brands such as MICROSEMI and Marvell. Then there are Taiwan's Realtek, icplus and so on.
7. Software: it is enough to read the command line manual of the switch and see the web management interface of the switch without looking at the functions. Just pay attention to whether the manual is neat, whether there are typos on the web and whether English is fluent.
